Candidates should be a Graduate in BCA/ B.Tech/ MCA/ BSc IT/ BE Any Fresher/ Graduates/ Undergraduates/ Dropouts can apply. Experience in B2B/ B2C Collections would added advantage. Collection experience will be an added advantage. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Hiring for Technical Support Associate- (Semi Technical Voice Process)
Its a voice process catering to service request related to ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS. This is a servicing center process and hence candidates are expected to speak to customers and provide service assistance within a specified time along with displaying true customer centricity.
Salary Range- 2.4 to 3.9 Lacs plus Bonus, Incentives, Cabs Shift for Us collections- 5pm To 5 am (any 9 hours ) Shift for Australian shifts- 3am- 3pm (any 9 hours)
