Candidate should be Any Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in technical support in Voice, Chat and email. Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Display customer empathy solution-driven approach. Flexibility with rotational shifts and rotational weekly-offs
Being the first point of contact for customers with queries, complaints and requests Ensuring timely and professional responses to customers/ clients Taking ownership of tickets received and ensure closure till the customer is satisfied
