B.Tech, BE, BCA, B.SC, Graduate, Freshers can apply.

Day Shifts Process

Semi- Technical Voice Process:
Work Location - Gurgaon

Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same.

Provide Support in inbound call center.
Document & add new issues/ solutions to knowledge Management Repository
Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers
Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.

Shift Window: Day Window (6am-12pm), Night Window (8pm 6am)
Salary Package: 1.68 LPA - 2.5 LPA
Note: Females will not be required to do night shifts.
Males will be required to do night shifts for a month after every 3 months

Direct Walk In on 24th September '2018
Walk-In Timing-10 am To 1 pm
