Qualification: Any Graduate/ Under Graduate (Distance Graduate Only) Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 Years Job Location: Hyderabad
Should be excellent in both verbal and written skills Good experience on Customer/ Technical support from International process (Mandate) Both Voice and Non Voice experience is preferable. Good experience either into Chat, Voice or Email support is plus. Should be good at Troubleshooting and able to handle the customer queries.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts. Free Food and Cab Facility (Home Pick Up & Home Drop) Work Location is Hyderabad.
