Candidate should be Any Technical Graduate with excellent Spoken English/ Comprehend well. Should be aware of various Internet attributes like Browsers, Search Engines, Virus, Firewall, Antivirus etc. Should be Well-verse with Computers like Windows, Email, LAN/ WAN, TCP/ IP.
Must be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts. Comfortable in 6 days Working Environment. Comfortable in travelling on their own. Positive attitude towards work & Zeal to Outperform and Grow.
Key Responsbilities:
Handling Customer Queries via Phone/ Mail/ Chat. Diagnose and Resolve Technical/ Software/ Internet Related Issues. Proper recording and scrutiny of received complaints (or other queries) in the ticketing software. Provide Information about services offered by the company. Provide basic technical advice to customers on how to configure Internet connection on PC. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
