Person should be a Graduate with 0 to 3 years of relevant experience If 10+2 should have min 6months of experience in BPO
Any regional language is an added advantage for customer support role Should have Excellent communication skills Should have willingness to work in shifts.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions suggesting information about other products and services. Open customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint determining the cause of the problem
selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Should be a sound technically and min one year experience in international technical support (VOICE)
